UKFS can take you to a higher level of customer understanding by providing a unique opportunity to see yourself as customers see you. UKFS uses covert cameras worn by mystery shoppers during transactions. Don’t worry – recording is done under strict guidelines provided by the Market Research Society (and we would guide you on your responsibilities, confidentiality and the use of recordings). Video can be edited to highlight key features of the transaction or to mask the identity of staff concerned.
